This headband is a fun take on the Cat in the Hat!

It features a plush fabric headband that compliments the matching 3’’ tall plush ears and is topped with a 3’’ tall red and silver striped top hat constructed in shiny Mylar fabrics.

- Tips and tricks: The ears slide on the headband so you can move them around a bit and even pin them in place with a couple of bobby pins. The top hat is stitched between the ears so you can only slide them so far. The attached little top hat is soft and I would consider stuffing the hollow top hat with some tissue paper to keep it ‘inflated’.

You are able to return an item if it is unused and still in the same state as when you first received it. The item should be in the original packaging.
