It has a 7’’ tall pointed crown and a 1 ½’’ soft brim. This adorable witch hat is trimmed with an 8’’ long tulle veil, two black and gold ribbon flowers and two tall black feathers in front. The Mini Witch Hat is attached to a black fabric covered headband for ease of wear.
