- Description: This Satin Witch Hat with Tulle and Flowers is beautifully constructed and will turn a simple black dress into a beautiful witch costume. This Satin witch hat has a 14’’ tall pointed crown that is backed with foam to keep its shape and is partially lined. The 5’’ brim is stiffened with a wire frame and is covered with black tulle top and bottom for a touch of class. The hat is trimmed with a matching tulle ruffle, a net bow, purple or green satin fabric flowers and iridescent black feathers.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us, since we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. The levels of stock can change at any moment. It is possible that the stock may run out after your order has been processed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
For your item to be returned the item must not be opened and in the same state as you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
