Included with the robe is a separate black hood that has a foam stiffened cowl and a mesh face piece that allows your child to see out but screens their face (The mesh is not as solid looking as pictured as you can see a face inside the mesh and the child can see out well).

Our policy lasts thirty days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product if it is unused and still in the same state as when you received it. It should also be in the original package.
